How cashback works on FreeDeals4U.

At FreeDeals4U, we help users earn cashback on eligible purchases made through participating merchants and affiliate partners.

This Cashback Policy explains how cashback works, how transactions are tracked and confirmed, and when cashback may be credited to your FreeDeals4U wallet.

1. How Cashback Works

FreeDeals4U may receive a commission from a merchant or affiliate network when you make an eligible purchase through a FreeDeals4U tracking link.

Where applicable, FreeDeals4U may share a portion of that eligible commission with you as cashback.

The basic process is:

FreeDeals4U → Merchant → Purchase → Tracking → Pending Cashback → Confirmation → Wallet Credit

Cashback is available only on eligible transactions that satisfy the applicable merchant, offer, and affiliate-network conditions.

2. How to Earn Cashback

To maximize the chances of your cashback being tracked:

  1. Log in to your FreeDeals4U account.

  2. Open the relevant store or cashback offer.

  3. Click the Activate Cashback / Visit Store button on FreeDeals4U.

  4. Complete your purchase on the merchant's website.

  5. Follow all applicable offer conditions.

  6. Avoid actions that may interfere with affiliate tracking.

You should begin your shopping journey through the FreeDeals4U tracking link whenever cashback is offered.

3. Cashback Tracking

When you activate cashback, FreeDeals4U may create a tracking reference associated with your account.

The relevant affiliate network or merchant may use this information to identify transactions originating from FreeDeals4U.

A transaction may not be tracked successfully if, for example:

  • Tracking cookies are blocked.

  • Browser privacy settings prevent tracking.

  • An ad blocker interferes with tracking.

  • You use another cashback or affiliate link after clicking FreeDeals4U.

  • You switch devices or browsers during the purchase.

  • The merchant's tracking system fails.

  • The purchase does not meet the offer conditions.

FreeDeals4U cannot guarantee that every purchase will be successfully tracked.

4. Pending Cashback

After a qualifying purchase is reported to us, the cashback may initially appear as Pending.

Pending cashback means that the transaction has been recorded but has not yet been fully confirmed by the merchant or affiliate network.

Pending cashback is not yet final and should not be considered guaranteed or available for withdrawal.

5. Cashback Confirmation

The merchant or affiliate network reviews the underlying transaction.

Once the transaction is confirmed and the applicable commission becomes eligible, the cashback may move from Pending to Confirmed.

The confirmation period can vary depending on the merchant, product category, transaction type, return period, and affiliate network.

FreeDeals4U does not control the merchant's validation timeline.

6. Cashback Wallet Credit

Once eligible cashback has been confirmed and settled according to the applicable process, it may be credited to your FreeDeals4U wallet.

Only cashback that has reached the required eligible/confirmed status may be considered available for payout.

Your wallet and transaction history may show different cashback statuses.

7. Cashback Rejection

A transaction may be rejected and cashback may not be credited if:

  • The order is cancelled.

  • The order is returned or refunded.

  • The merchant rejects the transaction.

  • The affiliate network rejects the transaction.

  • The transaction cannot be verified.

  • The purchase does not meet the offer requirements.

  • The order was not tracked through FreeDeals4U.

  • A prohibited coupon or promotional code was used.

  • The transaction is identified as fraudulent or abusive.

  • The transaction violates merchant or affiliate-network terms.

8. Cashback Reversal

Cashback that was previously shown as pending or confirmed may be reversed where the underlying transaction is later cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.

If cashback has already been credited to your wallet and the underlying transaction is subsequently reversed, FreeDeals4U may adjust the corresponding cashback balance in accordance with the applicable terms.

9. Cashback Amount

The cashback amount displayed on FreeDeals4U may vary based on:

  • Merchant

  • Product or category

  • Promotional campaign

  • Affiliate commission

  • Offer conditions

  • Transaction value

  • Affiliate-network rules

The cashback displayed before purchase is an indication of the applicable offer and is subject to successful tracking and confirmation.

The final cashback amount may differ from the initially displayed amount where permitted by the applicable offer terms.

10. Cashback Exclusions

Certain products, categories, transactions, payment methods, coupons, or promotional offers may not qualify for cashback.

Examples may include:

  • Products specifically excluded by the merchant.

  • Transactions using non-permitted promotional codes.

  • Cancelled or returned orders.

  • Self-referrals where prohibited.

  • Gift cards or similar products where excluded.

  • Transactions generated through prohibited or fraudulent methods.

  • Orders that do not satisfy the merchant's cashback conditions.

Always check the specific cashback offer before purchasing.

11. Multiple Cashback Offers

You should not assume that cashback from multiple platforms can be combined.

If you use another cashback, affiliate, promotional, or tracking service during the same purchase journey, the transaction may not be attributed to FreeDeals4U.

Only the transaction successfully attributed to FreeDeals4U and confirmed by the relevant affiliate network or merchant may qualify for FreeDeals4U cashback.

12. Missing Cashback

If you completed an eligible purchase but the cashback does not appear in your FreeDeals4U account, you may submit a Missing Cashback request where the feature is available.

We may ask for:

  • Merchant name

  • Order ID/reference

  • Order date

  • Order amount

  • Email/account information

  • Other information required to investigate the transaction

We may submit the case to the relevant affiliate network or merchant for investigation.

The final decision may depend on the information provided by the merchant or affiliate network.

FreeDeals4U cannot guarantee recovery of missing cashback.

13. Duplicate or Fraudulent Transactions

FreeDeals4U may investigate transactions that appear to involve:

  • Duplicate orders

  • Duplicate cashback claims

  • Multiple accounts

  • Self-referrals

  • Artificial clicks

  • Automated activity

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Cashback manipulation

We may suspend, reject, reverse, or remove cashback associated with such activity.

14. Cashback and Merchant Refunds

If you return or cancel a purchase, receive a refund, or otherwise reverse the underlying transaction, the related cashback may be cancelled or reversed.

Refunds for products or services purchased from a merchant must generally be requested directly from that merchant according to its refund and cancellation policy.

FreeDeals4U is not the seller of those products or services.

15. Cashback Processing Time

Cashback processing times vary between merchants and affiliate networks.

Some transactions may be confirmed relatively quickly, while others may take longer because the merchant may need to complete its return or validation period.

The status displayed in your FreeDeals4U account is based on the information available to us from the relevant tracking and affiliate systems.

16. Cashback Payout

Confirmed and eligible cashback may be available for payout according to the payout requirements and methods supported by FreeDeals4U.

Any applicable:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount

  • Payout method

  • Verification requirement

  • Processing period

  • Account eligibility requirement

will be communicated through the relevant FreeDeals4U wallet or payout process.

FreeDeals4U may require additional verification before processing certain payouts.

17. Changes to Cashback Rates and Offers

Cashback rates and offer conditions may change at any time.

A merchant or affiliate network may change its commission structure, cashback rate, exclusions, or promotional terms.

FreeDeals4U may update the displayed cashback information accordingly.

Changes generally do not affect transactions that have already been confirmed unless the underlying merchant or affiliate network subsequently reverses or adjusts the transaction.

18. Third-Party Affiliate Networks

FreeDeals4U may work with affiliate networks such as Cuelinks and other affiliate partners.

Affiliate networks may provide transaction information, commission information, and transaction status to FreeDeals4U.

The final tracking and confirmation of a transaction may depend on the relevant merchant and affiliate network.

19. No Guarantee of Cashback

Clicking an offer or completing a purchase through FreeDeals4U does not automatically guarantee cashback.

Cashback is subject to:

  • Successful tracking

  • Merchant eligibility

  • Offer conditions

  • Affiliate-network confirmation

  • Transaction validation

  • Any applicable exclusions

20. Changes to This Cashback Policy

FreeDeals4U may update this Cashback Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, affiliate relationships, technology, or applicable requirements.
